Drew and Erin first crossed paths on an afternoon at Clark University in the dreary trenches of Hughes Hall, room 117 to be specific. Erin, new to the school and in the midst of orientation, paid Drew a visit in his dorm room as they were connected by a mutual friend. Erin was incredibly shy, hiding in a small crowd and clearly wondering why she had to be subjected to Drew’s bullish cockiness; Drew was boisterous and wildly over confident. They exchanged nothing more than a few words that were mostly forced out of the kindness of Erin’s heart.

A few days later, as the campus was once again abuzz after students descended upon it to formally kick off the new academic year, Drew and Erin crossed paths again, this time at a house party. Erin seemed generally indifferent about talking to Drew, while in parallel, Drew had his sights set on Erin like a heat-seeking missile to an enemy target. After mustering some courage with the help of some liquid encouragement, Drew plotted his move: tell Erin’s friend that he wanted to talk to her. She was wearing an orange shirt, he recalled (a color which, admittedly, she has seldom if ever worn again). Drew sat back and waited while his newly appointed messenger crept over to Erin and delivered her the news. To Drew’s dismay, Erin obliged. She took a seat on the couch next to him and they chatted the night away.

Fast Forward to November 5, 2017 in York Maine where their dream finally came true!  They said their i-do’s in front of 100 of their close friends and family with a party to boot!  Congratulations Erin and Drew!  I was so honored to be a party of your special day.  The entire wedding will be up on the Photo Bar shortly, but until then please enjoy the sneak peek below!
